Week 15 Denver Broncos-Detroit Lions game moved to primetime.

The Broncos will play another primetime game before the season ends. Denver will play two more primetime games with six games left.

The NFL flexed the Broncos' Week 15 game against the Detroit Lions on December 16th on Thursday afternoon. NFL Network will carry the game at 6:15 p.m. MT.

Denver's game against the Lions will conclude their three-game road journey, which begins Sunday against the Houston Texans, continues next week against the Los Angeles Chargers, and concludes with a primetime game against a hot Detroit squad.

The NFL's flexing of this game shows that the Broncos and Lions may have a lot to play for if Denver beats the 6-5 Houston Texans on Sunday.

In the postseason quest, the Broncos may make noise if they win this Sunday against the Texans and next week against the Chargers before their December 16th game against the Lions.

Head coach Dan Campbell has led the Lions to an 8-3 record and 3rd in the NFC conference. Denver will play the Patriots on Christmas Eve in another NFL Network primetime matchup.

Despite their slow 1-5 start, the Broncos' five-game victory run has made them one of the NFL's most intriguing teams. Sean Payton has led the Broncos to a miraculous turnaround by playing competitively and together.

The Broncos must grab every opportunity to play meaningful football for the first time in years in December. For more on Thursday's Dove Valley practice and this matchup's primetime move, watch Good Morning Broncos on Mile High Sports YouTube at 9:00 a.m. MT.
