Fast Breakfast Burrito

Sometimes mornings are too busy for a large breakfast. Since breakfast is the most essential meal of the day, I have some recommendations to make breakfast burritos easy.

There are many variants, but I like spicy breakfast sausage, fresh spinach, sharp cheddar cheese, and scrambled eggs.

Brown the sausage, drain the fat, and put it in an airtight container in the fridge. I have 6 breakfast burritos or sandwiches a week.

Fry bacon is time-consuming, so I bake it. You can cook more without standing over a hot frying pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, foil pan, roast bacon for 10-15 minutes until crisp. I transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate.

Ham: My grocery shop has pre-chopped ham, but “Sunday style” is also wonderful. Delicious pre-sliced hams are perfect for dinner prep.

I wash and slice or cut veggies like bell peppers, greens, and tomatoes.
